Fiore di Puglia’s plant (12.000 m2), in Corato (BARI), was built with a rational and advanced technological design according to a modular development. The current production is divided into four sections, each with a production capacity of:
- Taralli: 10,000 kgs/day;
- Friselle (dry bread rings): 1,000 kgs/day;
- Dried pastries: 1,500 kgs/day;
- Dried pasta: 2,500 kgs/day
With a storage for :
- Flours, wine and oil in stainless steel silos protected by an insulation that provides an autonomy of about one week;
- End-products, in a 500 m2 store equipped with the newest palletisation systems.
Il packaging unit, fully automated, using updated packaging systems able to fill end-products into 50 grs, 150 grs, 200 grs, 250 grs, 400 grs, 500 grs packs in order to meet any market requirement.
